By accessing or using Claworkers (“the Service”), operated by Claworkers (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claworkers provides AI-powered employee agents that perform automated tasks such as project management, code review, content creation, customer support, sales automation, and DevOps operations. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Claworkers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. We process data only as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claworkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
